Phase 3
We birth your defining work, the project that establishes you as a leader in your field. We develop the concept with full authentic expression, create an execution plan that maintains integrity.

Phase 2

I didn’t start out fearless and I don't think I ever will be.
For years, I did what many of us are taught to do: choose belonging over truth. I built a successful (by the usual measures) corporate healthcare career while growing a photography business on the side. The further I climbed, the more disconnected I felt. Burning out and ending up in the ER was the moment I realized that success means nothing if you can’t bring your full self with you...ooh and less than 6 months after I was laid off. Imagine the salt to the self abandonment wound here!
Letting go of the version of me that earned approval was painful, necessary, and the beginning of everything I do now. Reclaiming my voice publicly, creatively, and spiritually changed the way I see myself, the way I make art, and the way I support others.
Thirteen-year-old me who spent summers in cancer research labs would have never imagined magazine features, billboards, global clients, or being honored for my photography. But that is what happens when you stop shrinking and step into your creative power.
My path led me into creative agencies, not to create but to lead and build. That experience shaped my understanding of visibility not as marketing, but as identity, expression, and self-permission.
Today, my ecosystem sits at the intersection of fine-art photography, coaching and strategy. I support those who have outgrown the persona that built their career and want to become known for work that finally reflects who they really are.
I hold many intersections in the room with you. I am a multidisciplinary artist and coach, an African woman of the diaspora, someone who has moved through corporate and creative spaces, someone who is spiritual and deeply practical.
I understand what it feels like to manage expectations, code-switch, carry cultural pressure, and still feel called to create work that is honest and bigger than you.
If you are here, it is not because you don’t know how to succeed. But because you need someone alongside you to normalize what seems impossible.
My role is to guide you back to yourself so you can stop hiding, reclaim your creative power, and create the kind of work and life that finally feels like you.
